Runrun.it is a tool that aims to simplify the lives of managers. In addition to offering an environment where the entire workflow and all resources are controlled, there are reports that will assist with project management, cost management / investment and the measurement of productivity in your business.
You can see within a project which tasks have been completed, which are under development and which are in the queue. An interesting thing about this report is that it shows the percentage toward completion of your project, both in hours and number of tasks.

No more manual timesheets. Runrun.it does automatic tracking of time spent on tasks. In this report you see exactly how much time each employee spent on each client and each project. The information takes into consideration the time automatically counted by the system plus the hours added (or removed) manually by users.
It’s the ideal report to send to financial personnel who can then apportion company costs correctly. You can also use it to demonstrate to a particular customer that your project is taking more time than originally agreed.
This is one of the strengths of Runrun.it because it requires little effort from employees. Instead of making timesheets on a daily or weekly basis, now just by indicating which task they are working on, Runrun.it does the rest automatically. There is no need to pause it for non-working hours such as lunch or outside of business hours. Runrun.it skips those hours automatically.
Essentially, this report will show the genuinely useful hours worked for clients and/or projects.
This report answers the following question: When will people or teams have some free time again? It adds up all the tasks of employees and shows in red the hours already committed, and in green, the time available.
Task type is a variable of Rurnun.it which you produce in the way that best suits the reality of your business. Each task necessarily has a defined type. This way, you will have a report which allows you to view what percentage of hours was expended by task type for each one of your clients.
For example, an advertising agency can create types like: creating graphics, digital art, finalization, customer service, approval process, etc. Each new task will belong to one of these types and the managers of the agency will be able to see which types consume most of the staff time and can optimize processes or acquire new resources for the right sectors.
You can also export some spreadsheets for manual analysis in software like Microsoft Excel.
General Status Report
This worksheet generates a picture, or “snapshot,” of the moment. Or rather, it sends off a worksheet, with auto-filters already activated, and all tasks in the queue, under development by someone and the most recent deliveries of all users that you are authorized to view. That is, you can make calculations with the hours already worked, with the initial estimated effort for the task, filter current status, who opened, closed, etc.
Timesheet Per Client
You choose a period and the system sends you, by email, a spreadsheet with all the tasks that were worked on between the first and last date selected. A task can have multiple rows in the spreadsheet. Each line indicates a period of work on the task. In other words, that a user was effectively working on it. Together, these periods make up the total hours worked so far on the task.
Given a selected period of time, the system shows you a graph with the allocation of (human) resources working for that particular customer. To see in greater detail, click on the graph line, and a small window shows the people and tasks that were active at that time. Each line represents a project for that client.
Those who are accustomed to displays using older methodologies of project management, can view the tasks of an employee, a client or even a project using a Gantt chart. It is nothing more than the representation of tasks in a timeline.
You can click on a task and its details will be displayed. If you hover the mouse over, some data will appear more quickly. Note that tasks in gray have the effort estimated based on the standard task type. The colored ones have been estimated by the person responsible.
